$60 Amazing Kansas Boudoir Studio Dark Boho Makeover With Texture And Patterns!
Over the weekend I found myself with absolutely nothing to do. It’s rare, but it does happen.
Me being me, I decided to completely revamp and rearrange my studio. I decided the green wall had to be painted black. So off I went to the Sherwin Williams Store to buy a gallon of Tricorn Black. Some research from my fellow boudoir photographers told me that this was the black paint to cover my green wall. Y’all, this color is gorgeous! Deep, pure black tones. There are no blue or green undertones that you get with most black paints. It was also super easy to apply and only took two coats to cover the green wall. I bought the matte finish, as I didn’t want any glare or hot spots coming from my windows that would affect my photos.
The next day I went to put the studio back together and decided to shake things up and move the furniture around. I really had no idea what I wanted, however, I knew I wanted it to be different. I never want my clients to think that their photos are going to be cookie cutter photos that everyone else has. My goal is always to create unique photos that showcase my clients in gorgeous light.
On Tuesday I had a client come in for her session and she absolutely loved the newly revamped space. I love how the black absorbs just enough light so I can really highlight my clients curves. This corner of my space is magical.
I love that I have created a lux, rich environment for the perfect boudoir experience with a modern, dark boho aesthetic on a budget.
The Caramel latte tones of the couch combined with the rattan, pink crushed velvet with some spicy animal prints all in one beautiful studio space. Yaaasssss!
I am obsessed. Are you ready?
