5 Tips To Prepare Your Body For a Boudoir Session.

So you have booked your boudoir session with Trina. YAY!

Here are a 5 tips to prepare your body for a boudoir session.

1. Drink up! Guzzle plenty of water before your session. Being hydrated keeps dry skin at bay, and helps fine lines appear plumper and smoother. We want your skin to be at it’s best.

2. Make sure your lingerie fits and it is comfortable. You do not want it to dig into your skin or make unnecessary bulges!

3. Treat yourself before your photoshoot to a mani/pedi. Pampering yourself is the perfect way to relax and destress. Your toes and fingers will thank you.

4. Go to bed early and get rest. You will want to come feeling energized without dark under-eyes!

5. Doing some light yoga stretches before your session will relax you and prepare for some of the poses we will do in the studio.
